We request a donation for a space of 1.5 meters of 50 Euros.

Vivi Vejo members may donate 40,00 Euros per space.

If you wish to become a Vivi Vejo members, it only costs 40 Euros for the year and if you join in September, your membership will be counted for the 2012 year.

SPONSORS: If you wish to be an official Sponsor of ICF you will have advertising on the Vivi Vejo magazine, on the radio, in the newspaper, on the websites (Vivi Vejo, Welcome Neighbor and ICF) and your name will be mentioned on various occasions during the actual Fair. Sponsors are expected to make a donation from 500,00 Euros and up.

Tables are not guaranteed. AOSR has some tables, all shapes and sizes, which will be assigned on a first come first serve basis but we prefer to rent the space. If you rent a space of 1.5 meters your cost will be 50 Euros. If you rent a space of 3 meters your cost will be 90 Euros.

All exhibitors are expected to decorate their own tables, to bring their own table cloths and to leave their area clean.

Cost for parking in the school is 3,00 Euros per car.

You may unload near the exhibitors' area but all cars must be removed after unloading.

Food and drinks will be available during the Fair.

Toilets are open during the Fair.

All participants are asked to donate a raffle prize and all proceeds from the raffle with be evolved toward the Vivi Vejo Projects. You may read about our projects on www.vivivejo.org

There will be music by The Doormats and entertainment throughout the whole day!
